Lahaina Roads is one of 2 oceanfront resorts in Lahaina Town. It is a small, and by far the most home-like, with lots of owner occupants, in a very nice area of north Lahaina. You can walk most everywhere (Safeway, Ka’anapali beaches, the Cannery Mall) or take the Maui bus all over the west side. In car-intensive Maui, this resort makes it so easy, you might find you almost don’t want a car – you could just relax on your lanai and watch the green sea turtle activity until the sun sets lingeringly over Lanai, then stroll down to Mala or Honu for upscale oceanfront dining. Or choose Aloha Mixed Plate, right next door, for a casual dinner and listen to the music of the Old Lahaina Luau wafting over from next door.

How To Reserve
We require payment of 50% of your total due when you make your reservation in order to hold your dates. For longer stays, installment payments can be arranged. You must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Once you are paid in full, we email you directions and check-in procedures. We take a credit card number to hold your dates immediately until your first payment arrives in the mail. Payment can be made by personal/bank check, money order, Zelle and/or PayPal (to include the PayPal fee).

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. Please add Hawaii/AccomTax of 14.25% when you are figuring your total. A non-refundable administative fee of $50.00 and a cleaning fee of $130.00 is required with each reservation. For stays below the minimum stay, add a $100 short stay service charge. You must agree to and sign a release of liability.
We are owner operated and live right here in West Maui, so you never have to deal with an impersonal rental agency. There are no other additional fees. I provide wi-fi for free. We thoroughly clean the accomodation prior to your arrival and our housekeepers can be hired by you for intermediate cleaning if you wish. At least one mid-stay maid service is required for extended stays.

Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days (2 months) or more prior to your arrival date, we issue a full refund minus the fee. For Holiday Season reservations (involving dates between Dec 20th and Jan 5th), the cancellation window is 120 days out instead of 60 days out. The refund will not include PayPal fees if you elected that form of payment, unless PayPal issues the refund. If you cancel inside of the ‘no refund’ window, the refund is based on our ability to resell your dates. We will refund as many of your dates as we are able to re-sell, at whatever rate we can negotiate minus the cancellation fee. Ours is a small business with tight margins and although I understand emergencies do happen, if you depend on a refund inside the ‘no refund’ window, I recommend that you purchase trip insurance to safeguard your vacation. Your reservation serves as a binding contract between us – me to provide lodging and you to abide by our policies.
